By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:
-Name two symptoms of PTSD.
-Explain the relation of posttraumatic stress disorder in depression.
-Identify four losses trauma survivors may face.
-Name four interventions for victims of violent crimes.
-Explain a client’s condition indicates that there is a clear and imminent danger to the client or others, the certified counselor must do.
